This is the total amount of the Factura a pagar to be paid by the start of the lease (usually the move-in day).
The required amount can be even zero!
In fact, Flatio landlords CANNOT require a Factura a pagar for stays of less than 180 days (6 months). This is because we believe that all tenants are responsible and caring people and only onboard landlords who share this attitude.
For longer stays, the landlord decides whether or not to require a Factura a pagar. The only exception is for rentals in Spain where the landlords are required by law to ask for a Factura a pagar even for shorter stays.
What if, after you move in, you find that the accommodation doesn't match the ad (at the time you sent the reservation request) and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately?
If you cancel DATOS DE SU PEDIDO 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel DATOS DE SU PEDIDO up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel DATOS DE SU PEDIDO less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The Tarifa de servicio is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the reservation ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the Tarifa de servicio.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the Tarifa de servicio in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the Tarifa de servicio you paid. The voucher can be used for your next reservation and is valid for 12 months. If the Tarifa de servicio for your next reservation is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
You always pay the rent in currency set by landlord. If you have set to display prices in different currency, all prices are only indicative and are based on actual exchange rate of Czech National Bank. The exact final price is always determined by your own bank.
In case you pay the rent by card, the currency is automatically exchanged and you’re all done. In case you want to pay by bank transfer, you have to send us the money in currency set by landlord (it’s also stated in your rental agreement).
You can also use your currency while paying by bank transfer. In that case, we show you an estimated amount of money in your currency that you have to send to us. We always try to estimate such amount that will be large enough to pay the rent once it’s exchanged to landlord’s currency.
Incluido in your rent is liability coverage up to €20,000 for the duration of your stay. You are also backed by assistance services up to €500 for issues like locked doors and household appliance repairs, among others. Coverage even extends to certain cat/dog damages. This exclusive offer applies to all stays that do not require a Factura a pagar. 24/7 online support.
